Shipping policy

DELIVERY TO UK:

Standard delivery to Uk (5-14days): Most standard orders are shipped via a fully trackable service. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link that will allow you to check the status of your package. Normally, your order will be delivered within 3-10 working days with this service. However, please allow up to 20 working days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse for your package to be delivered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Delivery times vary depending on the location of the delivery address.

International Standard Shipping: This method may not provide tracking and final delivery will be from your local postal service. If a trackable service is used, your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link that will allow you to check the status of your package. Normally, your order will be delivered within 10-20 business days with this service, depending on your location. However, please allow up to 25 business days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse for your package to be delivered.

International Express Shipping: This method is fully trackable. Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link that will allow you to check the status of your package. Normally, your order will be delivered within 3-7 working days with this service, depending on your location. However, please allow up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch from our warehouse for your parcel to be delivered.

FOR ALL DELIVERY OPTIONS:

In order to be eligible for standard delivery, your order must meet the criteria below. If your order exceeds any of these, the standard delivery option will not be available:

· The order must be less than 2kg

· The order value must be less than £150

· The order must not exceed 60cm x 60cm x 60cm

Some more remote addresses may incur longer delivery times. Delivery costs may depend on the weight and volume of your order.

If your order includes a personalised item, this may increase the dispatch time of your order, regardless of the delivery service selected. The estimated delivery time of your order will be shown in the shopping cart.

Custom orders or personalised products may be shipped with a non-trackable delivery service. In this case, you must notify us within 40 days of the dispatch date if you have not received it. We will not be able to assist you after the 40 day period.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Handling Fees

Handling fees for warehouse storage and packaging costs may apply in addition to the shipping costs. These charges will be displayed in your shopping cart.

Customs Duty

Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the UK and may be subject to customs charges when entering other countries. Any customs duties, clearance, taxes or transport charges must be the responsibility of the recipient and we accept no responsibility for these costs.

We are unable to indicate what the thresholds and rates are for other countries, as these are determined by the respective governments and can vary considerably from country to country and even from item to item. If, upon delivery, additional charges are incurred, our carrier will contact you to arrange payment.

Different stock availability

If you have selected items with different availability times, we will ship your order when all items are ready.

Shipping orders

Although we try to process and ship your order on the day of the order, this is not always possible for the following reasons:

Pre-orders: Pre-order products or products that are not in stock at the time of the order will be shipped within the period specified on the website.

Payment card verifications: Sometimes we may need to make additional verifications on your  payment card, which may delay your order. This is to reduce the risk of fraud.

· Personalized items: Items requiring personalization, such as adding a name, number and badges, may take an additional 3 business days to be dispatched.
